Want Success? Get Used To It! Part1

As I head towards my goal of shedding the hundreds, maybe thousands, of pounds I gained during pregnancy, LOL. I have been exercising at New York Sports Club. There has never been a magic bullet for me. I have always had to work at it-diet and exercise.
Angela is an instructor who is tough but extremely knowledgeable and caring. You do not waste your time in any of her classes I can assure you.  She starts of with a little warm-up and brings you to a place you have never been before (deaths door) when working-out and ends with a victory dance that gets everybody smiling! The smile is just as important as the class itself. Anyone brave enough to try her class? You can find her in the New York Sports Clubs-Commack, Syosset and maybe another.
So, Angela is literally killing me, well I’m exaggerating. I promise she’ll be the first to tell you to slow down if the class is too much for you. She works your muscles to fatigue but it feels like a slow painful death. My mind is screaming, I just can’t do this, I’m gonna die. I keep repeating this in my head and then she hits the class with the phrase, “GET — USED TO IT”!
