Te amo sempre (I always love you) and will never forget Pure Power Bootcamp (PPBC). This week I am re-posting a blog as tribute for helping me get back on the road to “me”. I challenge anyone who reads this to discover the things in life that instill joy and make you feel good. Whatever they are, whatever it is, just do it! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
What you do and love can change your life forever. My choice reinforced brotherhood along with:
STRENGTH
COURAGE
DESIRE
PERSEVERANCE
INTENSITY
RESPECT
POWER
DUTY
LOYALTY
DIGNITY
For me the discovery was easy. I re-discovered, me. It felt and continues to feel good. I cherish the memories and refuse to believe that we will not all be together again soon! Pure Power lives on in my heart and soul, http://wp.me/pudS3-Jz. What is today and what will be tomorrow for PPBC we do not know but I have faith !
Te amo sempre Pure Power Boot Camp.
Has anyone been as fortunate as I have been and would you like to share what “IT” was (or is) that has helped make you feel good or inspired you in any way? I’d love to hear about the “IT”.
Val Instead of Feingold, I thought you might be interested in these items, I just found them and haven’t tried them yet. Also Huntington Farmer’s Market now has a grassfed meat person there–not sure when that starts up again but it was Sunday mornings. I spoke to one guy who sells there, he’s from upstate near Catskills and prices for ground meat weren’t outrageous: http://www.americangrassfed.org/producer-profiles/producer-members-by-state/http://www.immunitrition.com/Milk-It___Real_Food_Club.htmlhttp://www.urbanorganic.com/view/this_week When I was young, my Mom used to get milk from a local farmer–it was raw and unhomogenized and she also used to help butcher and cut up farm-raised meat from one of their cows–grass fed in season in New Hampshire. It nearly broke my heart when she went back to work and we started eating more conventional foods–I could feel a big difference. Starting to feel like that’s coming back, it’s a great feeling. Thanks Suzanne! Yes I agree!
Well, you and Keith! I am still working on weight loss as the carbs crept up over time, but my family told me they think I look better and that’s a lot coming from them. Speaking of inspiration, I love the picture!
In addition to reading your blog, right now I am reading Nourishing Traditions after seeing it mentioned during Dr. Mercola’s interview with Natasha Campbell-McBride, and I love it.
