Is A Ketogenic Diet For You?

Is a keto diet for you? If you seek diet information, you’ll find it everywhere. Diet-related topics are plastered all over the media. On a daily basis, there’s information on what to eat in the science literature, television, radio, magazines, and the internet.

There are many diets that are healthy and unhealthy. The nutrition plan you select should fit your taste preferences, lifestyle and health needs. Despite the diet controversy, you should know that a high-fat ketogenic diet is healthy. You may want to consider learning “how to keto” correctly.

My job is to help people find the diet that works best for them. In my experience, a keto diet works most often for most people. You get the best results from a ketogenic diet, or any diet you choose, by changing bad habits and adopting a healthy lifestyle. If you are a “professional dieter” and hop from diet to diet, do not expect long-term diet success.

 How To Keto Smart

There is a ton of research supporting the safety and efficacy of a ketogenic diet for weight loss  (see below) and health promotion.  Some of the health benefits range from minor symptoms of low energy and headaches to more serious conditions like diabetes (type 1,  and type 2), PCOS, thyroid and adrenal fatigue, Alzheimer’s disease, seizures, autism and much more.

Ketogenic diets have also been found to help sports performance.

If you are ready for a quick jump start, I have a list of food and beverage options.
