We sweetened these perfectly with only 1g of sugar, which naturally comes from our nut flours. We use erythritol, a keto friendly and paleo friendly natural sweetener with a futuristic name. You can find erythritol in fruits like grapes and pears.  Then we bring our erythritol to our monastery and blend it with monk fruit extract, a stevia-like sweetener. What we get is an immaculate blend of sweeteners with negligible impact on blood glucose and insulin.

The low carb double chocolate cookies are made with almond and coconut flour.
ONLY 3GÂ NET CARBS?
We calculate net carbs by taking the total carbs and subtracting fiber and sugar alcohol. Unlike maltitol, erythritol has no glycemic response.
